Yes! Our Free plan includes Link-in-Bio, Digital Card, downloadable V-Card templates, up to 5 links, limited templates and themes, Duwun branding, downloadable QR codes, and 3 forms with 25 responses each. It's perfect for getting started and testing the platform with no credit card required.
Free gives you the basics to get started with Duwun branding. Pro ($25/mo) removes branding and unlocks unlimited links, unlimited forms, unlimited bookings, CTA buttons, link scheduling, advanced analytics, Pro Link-in-Bio and Digital Card templates, advanced design and media options, and social integrations.
Absolutely! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to new features. If you downgrade, you'll keep your current features until the end of your billing period, then switch to the new plan.
Your data stays safe! If you downgrade, you'll keep all your content, but access may be limited based on your new plan's restrictions. For example, Free users can create up to 3 forms with 25 responses each and up to 5 links. Pro-only features such as appointments, CTA buttons, link scheduling, and advanced analytics require an active Pro plan.
Yes! Pro plans come with a 14-day free trial. A credit or debit card is required so your subscription can continue automatically after the trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Annual plans save up to 17%. Pro is $249/year instead of $300 at the monthly rate. You're billed once per year. If you need to change the billing interval on an existing Pro plan, contact us so we can help with the update.
Every account includes Link-in-Bio, Digital Card, and Forms based on your plan. Free includes up to 3 forms with 25 responses each, while Pro unlocks unlimited forms and unlimited appointments.
On the Free plan, Duwun branding can appear on your public Link-in-Bio, Digital Card, and Form pages. Pro removes Duwun branding across supported modules, including booking pages, so your published pages focus on your brand.
On the Free plan, you can embed videos from YouTube, Vimeo, and other platforms. To upload videos directly to Duwun, you'll need Pro.
Quiz mode lets you create graded assessments with scoring, correct answers, pass/fail thresholds, and detailed student analytics. It's perfect for coaches, educators, course creators, and trainers who want to test knowledge and track student progress.
Appointments currently support Zoom, Google Meet, phone, and in-person meeting details. Add your meeting link or location in appointment settings, and visitors receive those details in their confirmation email.
Pro includes advanced analytics across modules, including Link-in-Bio clicks, Digital Card interactions, form performance, and appointment activity. Export data as CSV on Pro.

Yes! You can attach any Duwun form directly to your Link-in-Bio page or Business Card. When visitors click the form link, they can fill it out right there without leaving your page. This is perfect for lead capture, surveys, or collecting information while keeping everything in one seamless experience.
Each module operates independently with its own URL, but they all share your account settings and branding. For example, you might share your Link-in-Bio (/link) on Instagram, embed a form (/forms) on your website, send your Business Card (/card) in emails, and include your booking link (/book) in your calendar invites. Mix and match based on your needs!
Link-in-Bio (/link): Add social links, custom links, videos, polls, and scheduled content. Digital Business Card (/card): Share contact info, social profiles, and downloadable vCard. Forms (/forms): Create surveys, quizzes, lead capture forms, and assessments with analytics. Appointment Booking (/book): Set up booking calendars, manage appointments, and share Zoom, Google Meet, phone, or in-person meeting details.
Each module gets its own unique URL: your Link-in-Bio might be duwun.ai/link/yourname, your Business Card is duwun.ai/card/yourname, forms are at duwun.ai/forms/form-id, and your booking page is duwun.ai/book/yourname. Link-in-Bio, Digital Card, and Forms include downloadable QR codes today. Booking pages use a shareable booking link.
Custom domains are not available today. For now, each module gets a customizable Duwun URL such as duwun.ai/link/yourbrand, duwun.ai/card/yourbrand, and duwun.ai/book/yourbrand. If custom domain support becomes available, we'll update this FAQ and notify waitlist users.
You can cancel anytime from your account page. In the Billing section, click "Cancel Subscription" and your subscription will end at the end of your current trial or billing period. You'll still have access to paid features until then, and you can choose a paid plan again later if you need Pro features.
We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. PayPal is not supported today. If we add more payment methods, we'll update this FAQ.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect your data, and all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card information on our servers. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
We do not currently advertise a standard student or nonprofit discount. If you represent a student group or nonprofit organization, contact us and we can review your request.
